Program Introduction

In To Feel Alive, participants come together to create songs that express their journeys, emotions, and aspirations. Informed by DBT (Dialectical Behavioral Therapy) skills, and guided by the ancient wisdom of Tefilla (Hebrew for ‘prayer’), we explore themes of mindfulness, gratitude, forgiveness, resilience, etc. These themes are universal and highly relevant to anyone on a path of healing and self-growth.
