Our founder and lead facilitator, Dov Rosenblatt, brings over 20 years of experience as a professional musician having toured around the world and composed music for TV & Film - and he is a HIPAA certified, DBT-trained group facilitator.

HYBRID MODEL
PULL-A-PART AUTO: Managers from 5 regions wrote the song on Zoom and then 2 weeks later, we filmed the music video in person and all watched the final product reveal the next evening at the big Managers' Gathering.
